RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal in e-commerce is governed by the Consumer Code and may be exercised no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The Consumer may exercise this right by sending a written notice to the email address info@mcbionatureline.com, in which they must express their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods to the sender at their own expense no later than 14 days from the date on which they notified their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. It is clarified that the product must be returned intact, unopened, and with the security seal intact.
MC BIO NATURE LINE SRL, upon receiving the aforementioned notice, within the time limits specified above, will notify the Consumer of the receipt of the Consumer’s notice of withdrawal and will proceed to refund the Consumer using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the initial transaction.
It is clarified that, pursuant to Article 59(d) and (e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and/or for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been opened after delivery.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the delivered product has been opened and/or the security seal has been broken.


SHIPPING
Shipping will be handled by Poste Italiane and will cost the Consumer €5.90 for orders up to 2 kg and €6.90 for orders from 2 kg to 5 kg. Shipping will be free if the Consumer places an order exceeding €60.00. The goods will be delivered within 5 business days to the address specified by the Consumer at the time of ordering.
